The customer focus was spot on
The customer focus was spot on, from first contact.
The communication was great and the delivery time was very fast. I had bought an item that i had to return, the exchange was smooth and return exchange got to me within several days. I would highly recommend them to others.

Help for a newby
As a newby to wearing a wetsuit, I needed a member of the team to talk me through sizing, use and care of a ‘shorty’ wetsuit. They provided patient, cheery support and I am now using the wetsuit happily.

Fantastic service all round
Fantastic service all round. I had a query about wetsuit sizing, which was addressed quickly and comprehensively.
